Bacon! And more Bacon!

So you are hungry. The truth is… Eat bacon. How much bacon? Just eat bacon. You will feel very satisfied and remain on your plan! Repeat after me… BACON IS GREAT! It is high fat and very satisfying. ¬†I will generally cook a bunch at breakfast time and leave it on a plate for us to snack on throughout the morning (if it lasts that long).
